What you can expect from us
You act on your own responsibility but benefit from a proven system, mentoring and state-of-the-art infrastructure.
Training, coaching and digital learning platforms keep you up to date at all times.
Our culture is one of teamwork, openness and entrepreneurial thinking.
Your performance counts – and is visibly rewarded.
What you bring
You don’t wait for instructions – you roll up your sleeves. We value initiative and drive: instead of rigid hierarchies, you’ll find flat structures where you can take on responsibility and push your own projects forward.
You’re passionate about property markets, investment property and personal development. You don’t just want to sell – you want to advise, build and support.
We work in an agile, digital, team-oriented way – whether in the office or remotely. You should feel at home in modern digital work environments and be able to use tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Zoom or CRM systems with confidence.
Looking for more than a 9-to-5 job? With us, you get the space to make an impact: as an adviser, coach, doer and entrepreneur within the company.
No. What matters most is your personality, your motivation and your willingness to develop professionally and personally. Individual coaching, training and further education, and support from experienced mentors will prepare you for your tasks step by step. You can also specialise in property, investments and mortgages.
Yes, starting part-time is generally possible and gives you the chance to get to know the field first and develop step by step.
You won’t simply be thrown in at the deep end. You can look forward to individual coaching, structured professional training and further education, and digital learning opportunities. You can also develop your personal and communication skills through seminars and specialise in areas such as property, investments or mortgages. If you later want to take responsibility for your own team, management and leadership training is also open to you.
Yes. Once you’ve been onboarded, you can generally decide for yourself where you work from. However, personal exchange, client appointments and joint meetings remain part of the job. How you combine the office, working from home and appointments is agreed individually with your mentor.
Our application process follows five clear steps so that we can get to know each other and find out together whether working together is a good long-term fit.
First, you’ll be invited to a career meeting, where you’ll learn more about opportunities, security and prospects with us. This is followed by a personality assessment (AEC Disc). We then discuss the results together in a feedback session. The next step is your personal applicant interview. If it’s a fit for both sides, we’ll finally invite you to the Career Assessment Day.
This way, you get a clear picture of what to expect from us throughout the entire process – and we really get to know you, your strengths and your goals.
