Ya sea en la costa, en la monta\u00f1a o en pintorescos lagos, la demanda de propiedades en atractivas regiones vacacionales se mantiene intacta. Hemos analizado los precios de venta actuales de los condominios en casi 100 centros tur\u00edsticos alemanes seleccionados y los resultados son reveladores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sylt exclusivo: precios del metro cuadrado superiores a 20.000 euros<\/strong><br>La isla de Sylt, en el Mar del Norte, encabeza la clasificaci\u00f3n de precios. En Kampen, una de las localidades m\u00e1s exclusivas de la isla, el precio medio del metro cuadrado es de 20.739 euros. As\u00ed, un piso de 75 metros cuadrados cuesta alrededor de 1,5 millones de euros.
