- Demand for condominiums in metropolitan areas is currently rising, while single-family homes in rural areas are less in demand. This could mean that investments in urban apartments are more attractive.
- It is interesting to note that the supply of properties has been falling since November 2023 and more properties are being sold. This could indicate that the market is moving in favor of sellers.
